The surreptitious silence a space scape for this lucid wanderer
Flowing whispers of the finest feathered texture the contour of my view.

Laying down staring at stars
the space between colored nightly dark
the emptiness echoing atomic vacuum
atoms replaced
displaced
substituted

every
seven
years.
i am not what i used to be.

seven years
since last
we were
together
when i dream you now

or have we become
what i always wanted to be?
in your absence
have we grown stronger
if only in the realm
illuminated by the moon

talk about coincidence
i spent most of the night awake
sailing like boats on songs
in a wave upon the wind
hearing whispers of the finest texture
flowing unison of feathered landscape
the contours of my view
dreaming crazy dreams
of lace-lined veils and powdered faces
floating shadows entwined in laughter
the start and end of slumber
brown eyed convincing stare
searching for the gate
square portals through the roof
and ragged guardian angels
which lead me to cowless pastures
and hear the detail
in a wave upon the wind
16 degrees seems cooler than it feels
strange looks from a youth
